Life, Death & Resurrection
Ancient Egyptian civilization was obsessed with the concept of death and resurrection, as it was considered necessary for the soul to be judged in the afterlife. Here is a tale that deals with very common human emotions concerning death, with which every living being must contend. The natural order of things must be maintained as the goddess Nuut, she who protects the Earth from all things foul, seeks to thwart this natural order and interrupt the process. It is the duty of the deity Nebhet Het to seize the souls of the living and transport them to the underworld for judgement and she will do so at all costs. Nuut in all her goodness will even go to war with the forces of darkness in her attempt to alter the natural order of things, but will be taught a harsh lesson- all souls must pass through The Portals Of Eternity.
